Missionary Trip

Currently there is no missionary trip planned for members of the congregation, however the need for help is a constant.  Omer and Mary Jane make routine trips to Casa de Fe independently and keep us posted.

While getting to Casa de Fe is helpful, reaching out to Omer about making a contribution is a step in that direction.  Their ability to contine Patti Sue's vision of supporting these orphans is with you.  Orphans with special needs.  Orphans that don't have government assistance as we do in this country.

Who's Who

Calling all congregants who may have talent in being fun!!  That's right-we need someone who would like to help find fun things to do every month.  A trip to the movies?  A trip to a baseball game? MahJong here in Fellowship Hall?  Please contact the office if this is you, we want to talk to you!

Would you like to help in some way?  We have many Outreach programs.  In our community, and out in the world.  Have you thought "Maybe I could help?"  Serving does not always mean food.  Bring can goods and other non-perishables to Communion Sunday for the Salvation Army in North Port is one way.  Communion Sunday is the first Sunday of each month.  There is a collection crate in the Narthex and it goes directly to the Salvation Army!

We also need help with general maintenance.  Does the walkway need sweeping?   When we have Fellowship following the service, do the tables need cleaning?  Any help is always appreciated!!
